Description
Located in Biltmore Park, the bronze full-size sculpture of Lieutenant Colonel Henry Harrison Young stands mid-stride atop a large, rugged boulder. He wears a Civil War military uniform including a collared jacket, tall boots and a hat. His right hand grips his pistol while his left sits on his upper thigh. A water canteen is slung across his body, and another pistol is tucked into his left boot. There are two plaques attached to the boulder on either side.
